The term ‘Ozone Screen’ allows one to be able to understand how the Ozone works by screening away harmful UV rays from the sun.

It is not entirely correct to term Ozone as just ‘Ozone screen’ as it is not the only use of the Ozone. Ozone is able to trap the greenhouse gases within the earth such that there will be enough heat to sustain life.
