Reason for the Pick:
Fats and oils are present in varying amounts in many foods and are needed to provide us with energy and energy storage, which impacts our body through our diet. There is a need to make known the implications and possible benefits that the consumption of fats and oils may bring, to raise the awareness of how our diet can affect our lives. In order to do that, we must first understand the structure, physical properties and the functions of Fats and Oils in our body.
